About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with couples to plan and execute their wedding vision, ensuring every detail is meticulously taken care of. Your exceptional organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail will make every wedding day a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate weddings, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with couples to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert guidance and support throughout the planning process.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including venue setup, decorations, catering, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with couples, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our wedding services.
