Are you ready to create unforgettable weddings and events that leave a lasting impression? We're seeking a talented Wedding & Special Events Manager to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate.

About the Role

As a Wedding & Special Events Manager, you'll be at the heart of our hotel, turning initial enquiries into unforgettable experiences. You'll conduct captivating show rounds, showcasing our venue to the local wedding market, and be involved in planning events from start to finish. Your excellent communication skills will help you effectively communicate with our operational team, ensuring seamless event execution.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct show rounds and showcase our venue to potential clients
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish
  • Communicate effectively with our operational team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Utilize IT software to manage events and bookings

De Vere Beaumont Estate is a stunning hotel set in Old Windsor, with a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece. We have 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. Our hotel is a hub of activity, hosting conferences, events, and weddings throughout the year.
