About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Wedding Coordinator, you will work closely with couples to plan and execute their wedding vision, ensuring everything runs smoothly and all client requirements are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including venue setup, decorations, and logistics
  • Work closely with couples to understand their vision and preferences
  • Develop and implement customized wedding plans to meet client needs
  • Manage and coordinate vendor relationships, including catering, photography, and music
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of wedding events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in wedding or event planning
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • A creative eye for design and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
