Wedding & Special Events Manager

Transforming Weddings and Events into Unforgettable Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Wedding & Special Events Manager to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for creating magical weddings and events that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

About the Role:

  • Conduct captivating show rounds to showcase our venue to the local wedding market
  • Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Communicate effectively with our operational team to bring events to life
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to ensure excellent guest service

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4-star quality hotel or events venue
  • Passion for events and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Confidence using IT software, with familiarity with Opera software a plus
