About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with couples to plan and execute their wedding vision, ensuring every detail is meticulously taken care of.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including venue selection, catering, and decorations
  • Work closely with couples to understand their vision and preferences
  • Develop and implement customized wedding plans to meet client requirements
  • Manage and coordinate vendor relationships, including florists, photographers, and DJs
  • Ensure seamless execution of wedding events, including setup, ceremony, and reception
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the planning process
Requirements
  • Proven experience in wedding or event planning
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • A creative eye for design and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
