This is an exciting opportunity to join North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust as an Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service to the management team, including diary management, minute-taking, and meeting preparations.
- Deal with correspondence, emails, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Support the management team in the preparation of reports and other documents.
Key Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills and experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
