Job Details
Newlaithes Junior School is seeking a highly organized and efficient candidate to fulfill our Clerk to the Governors role on either an employed or self-employed basis. The successful candidate will be required to attend our governor meetings in school, which may be during the evening. Training will be available if required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the governing body.
  • Attend governing body meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records of governing body decisions and actions.
  • Prepare agendas and supporting documents for governing body meetings.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of attention to detail. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

We offer a competitive salary package, including BS3, £22,737 to £23,114 per annum pro rata (plus the living wage supplement – hourly £12.00), and opportunities for professional development and growth.
