Job Summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day reception duties, including meeting room bookings and visitor registration
  • Liaise with vendors and perform administrative tasks to support the teams based in the building
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Coordinator on various tasks and projects
  • Work closely with other service providers to maintain the building and service levels
  • Take on additional tasks as required by your manager, the client, and Facilities Coordinator

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to think outside the box. You should be a fast thinker, able to prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. A bubbly and welcoming personality is essential for building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
