About This Opportunity

McElroy Resourcing is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Commercial Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and management, with a strong focus on customer retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing all sales activities, both domestic and international
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
