Job Description:
    **About the Role**
Kiverco, a leading manufacturer of recycling solutions, is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth and profitability. Based in Northern Ireland, Kiverco has over 25 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing robust recycling plants and equipment.
    As Director of Sales and Revenue, you will shape and lead Kiverco's commercial strategy, promoting their unique offering while ensuring profitability and driving growth. You will develop tailored commercial strategies for diverse clients, deliver strong value propositions, and position Kiverco as the premium choice in recycling plant solutions.
    Key responsibilities include contract negotiations, pricing strategy development, product innovation, market entry planning, and monitoring competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Utilize data insights for accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and informed decision-making. Mentor and develop the commercial team, fostering collaboration and future leaders.
    The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in achieving business growth, particularly internationally. A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or similar advanced degree considered a plus. At least five years of experience in commercial management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Having worked with a broad range of clients in both private and public sectors is desirable.
    **Salary:** £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
