Senior Expo Sales Manager

Lipton Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expo Sales Manager to join their successful sponsorship sales team. This role involves selling high-value sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to key accounts in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through consultative selling and tailored marketing activities.
  2. Generate new business opportunities and increase pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  3. Sell high-value sponsorship and exhibition packages to clients.
  4. Pitch clients through phone and face-to-face meetings, utilizing solution-led selling techniques.
  5. Attend industry events and conferences, including travel to the US, Asia, and Middle East.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity through internal and external research.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales, preferably in a large-scale expo environment with revenue delivery of over £1m per year.
  2. Fluency in Dutch is essential.
  3. Strong new business and account management capabilities, with a proven track record of achieving high revenue targets.
  4. Degree-educated, with excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
