About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Castleford, UK. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and build strong relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform client strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage client data and communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
