We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SGS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
- Coordinating and managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
- Preparing and distributing documents and reports.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and tracking task deadlines to ensure they are met within set timeframes.
- Managing and maintaining schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
- Preparing and distributing documents and reports.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping.
