We are seeking a Build Delivery Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the week-to-week management of our construction sites. This role will involve overseeing multiple sites, supporting site teams, and maintaining a flow of information between departments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing build programmes across multiple sites and possess excellent communication and team leadership skills. They will also have the ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and processes, assisting in the preparation of CDM packs and site strategies, compiling tender lists of contractors, and monitoring plot performance against the build programme.

Benefits:

Up to £78,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus car allowance or vehicle, and choice of flexible benefits.
