Job Title: Building Systems Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Building Systems Specialist to join our facilities management team at Arcus Solutions. As an M&E Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of mechanical tasks, including AC work, emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, and basic plumbing.
- Work autonomously to deliver PPM and reactive M&E and general building services maintenance.
Requirements:
- Essential qualifications include 18th edition certification, HVAC experience, a full valid UK driver's license, on-the-job experience as an M&E Engineer or similar, strong communication skills, and a work ethic.
- Desirable qualifications include F-Gas qualification, IOSH working safely qualification, plumbing experience, basic fabric skills, and 2391 testing inspection.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 weeks on call. You will have access to industry-leading learning and development opportunities, focusing on upskilling and cross-skilling our mobile engineering team.
