Building Control Specialist

Clearfield Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Control Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that values its employees and offers real growth potential.
You will be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients. In a typical week, you can expect to complete 20 site inspections and 1 plan check a day, with flexibility to manage your diary as needed.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and a keen eye for detail. You will be working on a range of projects typically residential and small commercial, with opportunities for career development and continuous learning.
The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits package, including £300 car allowance, mileage reimbursements, company bonus scheme, regular salary reviews and appraisals, work-from-home flexibility, and more.
