Job Description

Clearfield Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with building regulations across various projects, both residential and commercial.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections and plan checks to ensure that all projects meet the necessary standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from domestic developments to small commercial ventures. You will be expected to maintain high-quality service levels while working independently, with minimal supervision.
