Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to join our business on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing SHE management systems, regulatory compliance, and promoting safety culture improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SHE management systems that align with evolving legal and industry requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of systems into existing workflows.
  • Stay informed about new legislation and regulations to anticipate impacts on the business.
  • Translate legal requirements into actionable policies and procedures, ensuring they are understandable at all organizational levels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing insights into current and future SHE legislation.
  • Equip the business with the necessary tools and resources for decision-making.
  • Promote awareness and training programs to integrate SHE best practices across teams.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SHE management systems, regulatory compliance, and safety culture improvement. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
