About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HSQE Professional. As a key member of our Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SHE management systems to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Provide guidance on current and evolving legislation to support informed decision-making.
  • Support the design and deployment of the safety culture improvement programme.
  • Maintain external verification of systems and processes, including ISO45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SHE Management Systems.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK)
  • Diploma in Occupational H&S Management
  • Diploma in Environmental Management
  • Internal Auditor qualifications; ISO14001, ISO45001
  • Experience of providing SHE advice at a management level
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office
