Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Connect Appointments in East Kilbride. This is a full-time position until the end of February 2025, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Utilizing Xero accounting software to process invoices, track receipts, and input expenses
- Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, or in-person
- Managing customer enquiries, responding to requests for information, and scheduling meetings
The ideal candidate will possess:
Essential Skills and Experience- Experience in using Xero accounting software
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
