Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns to curated data sets, working with event marketers to schedule and execute campaigns.
  • Share insights required to make our events a success, working closely with the Data Team and varied stakeholders.
  • Create and manage customer journeys using Bloomreach (CDP) - across email, phone, post, telesales, onsite, SMS.
  • Provide valuable insight and reporting pre and post campaign, improving and ongoing monitoring of data quality.
  • Identify patterns and create benchmarks for best practices, working with the team to improve data quality and create remediation action plans.
  • Assist in managing and developing more junior staff, contributing to knowledge sharing across FT Live.

Required Skills & Experience



  • A relevant degree or previous data-related work experience.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with a proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, ideally Salesforce, and experience of Exponea or similar.
  • Proficiency with Google Suites and a good understanding of Sheets (data cleansing, vlookup, pivot tables).
  • Basic/Medium knowledge of SQL to query relational databases.
  • An understanding of Data Protection best practices.
