About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team on Reed Ward, a 13-bedded female organic admission ward that provides care for individuals with organic mental health presentations.

The successful candidate will have a nursing degree or equivalent, with a strong background in acute adult mental health. They will be able to demonstrate effective risk assessment and risk management skills, as well as basic computer skills including email and internet use.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop their leadership skills and progress their nursing career. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for supporting your care team, working within governance processes to ensure individualized and responsive care, and collaborating with the Clinical Team Leader and Clinical Nurse Specialist to manage the ward effectively.

  • A comprehensive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
