Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at ClearCourse. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Previous experience in a customer-facing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyAbility to maintain a pleasant and cheerful manner and calm disposition in challenging situations
