About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated group of customer accounts, including quoting assigned accounts and performing analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Initiate and coordinate the customer returns process, including team meetings and calls, to drive closure and provide a great customer experience.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, logging activities through our CRM system and assigning items to the sales team or account managers.
  • Approve internal documents and load sales orders onto our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and providing sales quote analysis.
  • Liaise with other departments to support customer documentation requirements.
  • Support the sales model, workload, and workflow management, contributing to collective ideas and suggested solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, resolving escalated issues, and promoting a customer-centric approach within the team.
  • Assist team members in developing and maintaining their client relationships.
Essential Skills

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service/support experience
  • Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • A positive attitude towards change and improvements
  • Ability to organize time, prioritize workload, and multitask under pressure
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
