Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and efficient reception services, ensuring exceptional customer-focused standards are delivered at all times.
- Be an ambassador for HSDC, communicating and promoting the vision and direction of the organisation with passion.
- Undertake reception duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of all stakeholders, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
- Ensure customer service queries and issues are resolved to an exceptional standard, both promptly and efficiently.
- Transfer outside and internal calls to the appropriate member of staff, taking messages where appropriate. Deal with emergency calls quickly and efficiently.
- Welcome customers in line with the visitor's policy.
- English and Mathematics to at least level 2.
- Customer Service qualification or relevant experience.
- Substantial customer service experience and proven interest in helping customers.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Experience of being the first port of call for customers, understanding what to do in varied scenarios.
