ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a highly motivated New Seller Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Amazon New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and enrolling high sales potential Selling Partners on Amazon.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building your own pipeline of opportunities, successfully account managing all Selling Partners launched on Amazon, and utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce to track account information and sales progress.

**About the Job:**

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high sales potential Selling Partners through resources like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
  • Successfully account manage all Selling Partners launched on Amazon across our Renewed, Brand Owners, Reseller, Holdout, and Agencies portfolio.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track account information and sales progress, as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.

**Requirements:)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.

**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
