As an Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist at Bezos, you will play a crucial role in building this platform. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day seller support, assisting in the daily running of Bezos operations, and product development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle support tickets for top sellers, providing quick responses and expert knowledge.
  • Assist in the daily operation of Bezos, supporting sellers with order-related issues and designing processes to prevent future problems.
  • Develop solutions to common seller problems, collaborating with other teams to improve tools and platforms.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum 3-month commitment as a full-time intern.
  • The ability to quickly understand new concepts and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude and excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to complete tasks and projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Highly analytical, using data to explore problems and identify opportunities.
