About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Hotel Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of hotel staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensuring that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Managing and maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

Requirements:
