Senior Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Bolton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage inventory levels and control stock movements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of SAP and hand-held scanner systems
  • IT savvy with experience in inventory management software
