Job Overview:
The Reception and Office Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of Funko's Hammersmith office operations. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to manage various aspects of the office, ensuring seamless interactions between employees, visitors, and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the reception area, providing top-notch customer service and being the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and building management.
• Coordinate with building management on access needs, maintaining visitor and employee access passes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing agents, onsite security, and service providers.
• Partner with the Operations team to manage courier accounts, book in prepared samples and packages, and arrange for postage and courier services.
• Process office invoices accurately and promptly, responding to queries and ensuring timely approval processing in D365.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, People & Culture, and Technology Teams on office planning and seating arrangements.
• Serve as a qualified Fire Marshal and First Aider, upholding office safety and fire evacuation procedures.
• Assist with engagement activities and schedule staff training sessions.
• Manage CCTV software operations, working with the People & Culture team to export footage when needed.
• Prepare and distribute reports on employee office attendance data and conduct HQ building inductions for new starters.
• Coordinate business card management, handle key and code responsibilities, and develop the Hub Teams group for office communications and the email mailbox.
• Execute miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned, including cross-team initiatives across EMEA.
