Care Outlook LTD is a leading home care provider in London and South East of England, dedicated to delivering high-quality support to vulnerable individuals. We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in our Greenwich branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop our domiciliary service, ensuring seamless care delivery to our clients.
- Directly supervise and support our care team, promoting staff development through regular appraisals and training.
- Create and monitor customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users' needs and aspirations.
- Ensure care assessments, care, and risk planning meet best practice and customer aspirations.
- Collaborate with our Recruitment Team to maintain sufficient staffing levels.
- Provide emergency care services, arrange emergency cover when required, and cover calls as needed.
- Ensure prompt and respectful communication with clients and staff.
- Work closely with our Branch Manager to address quality standards, complaints, and comments.
- Participate in our paid on-call rota.
- Implement measures to comply with CQC regulations and strive for exceptional care standards.
- Competitive salary range: £23,500 - £25,000.

- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance.
- Experience with rostering care calls on an electronic system.
- Previous experience in care coordinating or 2 years' working in Health & Social Care.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
