  • You will work closely with our members to identify their needs and develop personalised plans to meet those needs.
  • You will deliver specialist interventions, wellbeing programmes, rehabilitation events and other activities to promote our members' independence and wellbeing.
  • You will also provide administrative support and contribute to the development of our services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
  • Experience and knowledge of completing comprehensive, holistic assessments.
  • Experience delivering remote and face-to-face services.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £40,000 per year, based on a 37-hour working week.
