**Job Summary:** Clinical Lead for North Lancashire
**Location:** North Lancashire and South Cumbria, UK
**Salary Range:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and innovative clinician to lead our clinical services in North Lancashire. As the Head of Clinical Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to children and young people across the THRIVE model, working closely with our multi-agency partners and colleagues in the ICB.
Main Responsibilities- Leading a team of clinicians and managers to deliver high-quality services
- Developing and implementing new clinical models to meet the needs of the local population
- Ensuring operational and performance targets are achieved, including waiting lists and finance
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent mental health, with experience of managing budgets, projects, and change initiatives.
