About the RoleThis Senior Sales Account Manager position is based in Poole and involves working on a hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing partners, providing quotes that meet their needs while considering margin aspirations.
- Provide tailored quotations to partners, balancing our margin goals with the need for a fair deal.
- Offer feedback on sales propositions to management, highlighting key selling points and outlining reasons for unsuccessful closures.
- Negotiate pricing and funding with mobile networks to secure business propositions and communicate outcomes to partners.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive cultural change within the sales team, promoting a high-performing environment through role modeling.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B mobile.
- A proven track record of objection handling.
- Excellent customer service skills, enabling quick rapport building.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management abilities.
