About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Aspion. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the tech/IT distribution industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech/IT distribution sector.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, including emerging technologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
