As Executive Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit while maintaining engagement with the local community. You should have excellent management skills, a proven track record of delivering high-quality service, food, and drink through your teams, and be accountable for managing all areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, highly motivated, and able to lead a committed team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will also have the ability to make key business decisions and drive revenue growth.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus a range of benefits including great bonus potential, up to 33 days annual leave, and a pension scheme.
