Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As an Applications Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, sales teams, and technical support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical support and sparring partner for customers, sales teams, and technical support teams, providing expert advice and guidance on Danfoss products and applications.
  • Support visits to customers for projects, troubleshooting, and commissioning/service, ensuring proper handling and installation of Danfoss products onsite.
  • Provide system design support for contractors and consultants, ensuring that Danfoss products are used to their full potential.
  • Stay updated on market trends and gather intelligence on the industrial refrigeration industry, providing insights and market knowledge for new product developments and sales support material.
  • Deliver product and application training to customers and sales/technical support teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use Danfoss products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or qualification in refrigeration or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience in the industrial refrigeration industry or a similar field.
  • Understanding of industrial refrigeration systems and applications.
  • Commercial understanding and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
