Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and supporting the delivery of multiple projects for our high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Facilitate project progress meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Implement change control management, ensuring that changes are properly documented and approved.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or a construction-related field.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 A* - C, including B Grades in Maths and English.
- Experience in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional and ethical business approach.
- Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to deadlines while forming effective relationships.
- Suitability for Security clearance.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and overseas if required.
- Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle.
