Job Description:

The Secretariat Support Professional will play a crucial role in supporting the Dean's Secretariat Team Leader in delivering the Faculty's objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, including administrative tasks, data protection, and governance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate processes and procedures related to Law Reform Consultations, Complaints and Disciplinary Rules Process, Data Protection, Immigration, and Charity Regulations.
  • Support the Co-CEO and Chair of the Regulatory Compliance Committee in managing the Faculty's regulatory obligations.
  • Perform general office tasks, including word processing and IT system management.
  • Collaborate with the Faculty Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor Members' registration with the Information Commissioner's Office and send reminders as needed.
