About the Role:
Hall & Benson Estate Agents, part of Connells Group, is seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Derby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales and managing staff to achieve exceptional customer service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to set and achieve sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through active involvement in listing properties and providing expert advice.
Requirements:
We're looking for an individual with proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry, boasting strong leadership and people management skills. You'll also need:
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving license
