Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Director to drive our global growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in key international markets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts.

About the Role

As an Export Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence in the beauty, skincare, and personal care industry. You will work closely with our teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and represent the brand at key international trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in key international markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Nurture existing accounts for expansion
  • Represent the brand at key international trade shows

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in international B2B sales
  • Proven track record of successfully growing sales and acquiring new business in international markets
  • Experience in organising and managing participation in international trade shows
  • Extensive knowledge of global trade practices, regulations, and distribution channels
  • Strong existing network of contacts in relevant international markets and industries
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
