This is a remote position.

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at My Future Courses. This is a commission-only, self-employed role, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building something new.

My Future Courses is a startup company offering accredited online compliance training courses for businesses (B2B) to help them meet essential standards in areas such as Mental Health, GDPR, Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, and Online Safety.

As a startup, we are in the early stages of our journey and there is a lot of potential for growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with working for a startup.

If you succeed, there is uncapped commission potential, and your efforts will have a direct impact on the company's success.

While we're confident in the need for compliance training, as a new company, we acknowledge that the market response is still evolving. This means the role comes with a high level of flexibility and autonomy but also requires resilience and a strong self-starter attitude to make it work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively create and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
  • Identify and approach B2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training for their teams.
  • Conduct sales activities (calls, emails, networking) to generate interest and close deals.
  • Lead clients through the sales process and close sales, earning high commissions on every deal.
  • This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere and set your own hours.
  • Use CRM tools to track your sales activities, monitor client interactions, and provide regular updates on progress and targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in service or education-based sales. Experience in compliance training or HR services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay focused in a commission-only environment.
  • Ability to communicate with business leaders confidently, HR managers, and decision-makers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Zoho) and digital tools to track and manage leads and sales activity.
  • A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and a desire to learn continuously and improve.
