Business Development Representative

As a key member of our sales team at Point Professional Recruitment LTD, we are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients and identifying potential opportunities for business within the European market.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and help streamline our sales process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, friendly individual who loves engaging with others and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients through various communication channels.
• Research and understand the market to tailor outreach.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.
• Assist in customer support as required for the sale of advanced products produced within the Group.
• Attend events as required to represent the company in a sales development and promotional role.
• Follow up on sales enquiries from customers - Shared Ownership of Enquiries inbox.
• Ownership of Contract and spot orders (pricing/forwarding proforma invoice to the customer).
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
