Commission-Based Sales Professional

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who can thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building something new. As a commission-only sales representative, you will be responsible for generating interest and closing deals with B2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training for their teams.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively create and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
- Identify and approach B2B clients who need compliance training for their teams.
- Conduct sales activities (calls, emails, networking) to generate interest and close deals.
- Lead clients through the sales process and close sales, earning high commissions on every deal.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor client interactions, and provide regular updates on progress and targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in service or education-based sales. Experience in compliance training or HR services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay focused in a commission-only environment.
- Ability to communicate with business leaders confidently, HR managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools to track and manage leads and sales activity.
- A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and a desire to learn continuously and improve.
- Competitive commission structure with uncapped earnings potential.
