Commission-Only Sales Representative

This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing startup company, My Future Courses. As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching B2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training for their teams.
Our company provides accredited online compliance training courses for businesses to help them meet essential standards in areas such as Mental Health, GDPR, Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, and Online Safety. We are seeking a driven and self-motivated sales professional who is comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with working for a startup.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively create and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
- Identify and approach B2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training for their teams.
- Conduct sales activities (calls, emails, networking) to generate interest and close deals.
- Lead clients through the sales process and close sales, earning high commissions on every deal.
- Use CRM tools to track your sales activities, monitor client interactions, and provide regular updates on progress and targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in service or education-based sales. Experience in compliance training or HR services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay focused in a commission-only environment.
- Ability to communicate with business leaders confidently, HR managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Zoho) and digital tools to track and manage leads and sales activity.
- A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and a desire to learn continuously and improve.
- With our competitive commission structure, successful sales reps have the opportunity to earn between £2,000 and £5,000+ per month based on performance, with no cap on earnings.
- 70% commission earned on all sales. Small bonus scheme included.
