This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to join a growing startup in the compliance training industry.

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team at My Future Courses. This is a commission-only, self-employed role, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building something new.

As a startup, we are in the early stages of our journey and there is a lot of potential for growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with working for a startup. If you succeed, there is uncapped commission potential, and your efforts will have a direct impact on the company's success.

While we're confident in the need for compliance training, as a new company, we acknowledge that the market response is still evolving. This means the role comes with a high level of flexibility and autonomy but also requires resilience and a strong self-starter attitude to make it work.

Proactively create and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.Identify and approach B2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training for their teams.Conduct sales activities (calls, emails, networking) to generate interest and close deals.Lead clients through the sales process and close sales, earning high commissions on every deal.This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere and set your own hours.Use CRM tools to track your sales activities, monitor client interactions, and provide regular updates on progress and targets.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in service or education-based sales. Experience in compliance training or HR services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay focused in a commission-only environment.
  • Ability to communicate with business leaders confidently, HR managers, and decision-makers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Zoho) and digital tools to track and manage leads and sales activity.
  • A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and a desire to learn continuously and improve.

Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in service or education-based sales. Experience in compliance training or HR services is a plus.
