Security Business Growth Specialist

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Business Growth Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients across various sectors, including property owners, managers, and site staff.
A key aspect of this role will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth in the security services market. You will work closely with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements, ensuring that our comprehensive range of protection solutions meets their demands.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, a consultative approach, and a proven track record of success in sales or business development. If you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure.
- Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Uncapped Commission Structure: Ongoing income potential
- Car Allowance: Provided
- Company Bi-Annual Bonus Scheme: Eligible employees receive a bonus payment twice a year
- 25 Days Annual Leave: Plus public holidays
