  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share
  • Managing a sales team to achieve individual targets and KPIs
  • Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals to secure new customers and contracts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales, business development, and leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of security system monitoring and industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
