About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wines and Spirits Sales Specialist to join our team at Harrods. As a key member of our Wines and Spirits department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service and product knowledge to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wine and spirits trends and developments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Passion for wines and spirits, with prior experience in the industry
  • Technical knowledge of wines and spirits, including the making and aging processes
  • Ability to advise and inform clients on the right type of wines and spirits based on their preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
