About the Role
This 12-month development programme will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to excel in a leadership role within our organisation. You will work closely with your Store Manager to develop a thorough understanding of store operations and performance metrics, focusing on improving sales, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Driving sales opportunities by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase revenue.
- Selling the product story and building relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Developing and maintaining wine knowledge through continuous learning and certification programmes.
- Leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Ensuring the physical appearance and maintenance of the store meet company standards.
